CapriLac is a new range of goat milk products. Goat's milk is a traditional and healthy alternative to cow's milk that may be more easily digested than regular cow's milk, especially by young children and those who have sensitive stomachs.
It typically contains 13% more calcium, 25% more vitamin B6, 47% more vitamin A than regular cow's milk, and is mainly A2. Our goats are fed from fresh green pastures throughout New Zealand and Australia with no chemical or hormone additives.

The milk is pasteurised and processed in our own facilities to ensure our products are of the best quality with maximum nutritional goodness and flavour.

Mild Cheese
Our mild cheese is made from fresh milk straight from the farm, hand crafted into a delicious, smooth tasting Gouda style. Great as an everyday substitute for heavy cow cheeses. Will mature slowly to riper flavours for 12 months when refrigerated.
Soft Cheese
Our soft cheese is a traditional chevre style, spreadable with classic chevre flavours. It is perfect on its own and makes an ideal partner to both sweet and savoury dishes or simply over salads.
Feta Cheese
Our feta is made from 100% fresh goats' milk. This Greek style feta is made using a simple recipe that allows the true flavour of top quality milk to be tasted.
Whole Milk Powder
CapriLac full cream milk powder is a full-bodied goat milk carefully spray dried at our own facilities in Australia, direct from the farm.
